I let out a "Woo!" as I plopped rather ungracefully upon my bed. Man, it felt awesome to know that for the next week there would be no teachers, no homework, no late night cram sessions, no stress!

I let out a shriek of excitement as I contemplated what I was going to do ALL week with NO school...the possibilities were endless.

Only one thought rang out though. One that kept pounding into my head like someone poking you.

It was genius. Now I know that seems like a total waste of a week but you have to understand that I'm just in high school. The drama, the pressure, the work, there was only so much a girl could take before she broke down.

Ahem, which was so not happening to me. I was so not ready to be admitted to an insane asylum...at least not yet. I still had a good years left in me. :)

Without further ado, I yelled out a good-night to nobody in particular I as tackled my pillow with the vigor of a football player.
:)
I snuggled closer to the pillow and pulled my red blanket snug around me. With no more than minutes past, I was out like a camel hit with a tranquilizer.
:)
And as the story goes, I slept with dreams of sugar plums dancing in my head and the laziest smile known to man plastered on my face.
